COMMITTEE ON SLOT COMPLAINTS

Terms of Reference

To consider complaints made by airlines/aircraft operators aggrieved by the decisions of the Schedule Coordinator of the Hong Kong International Airport concerning the allocation of slots for the airlines'/aircraft operators' seasonal services, with a view to giving advice on such complaints to the complainants, the Schedule Coordinator and the Scheduling Advisory Committee as appropriate.
