AIR TRANSPORT LICENSING AUTHORITY

Terms of Reference

The Air Transport Licensing Authority (ATLA) is an independent statutory body set up under the Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations. Its terms of reference are to grant, revoke or suspend licences to carry passengers, cargo or mail by air for hire or reward on scheduled journeys.
